NEWS: After much ado, the Lazy
Bear Cheat Sheet is finally up. The idea is to provide
a list of our most popular characters for the reference
of newcomers. You can now learn all about the origin of
Dr. Love, Sid Sheplar, The British Man, and all the rest.
So if you and your friends have been reluctant to get
involved in all things Lazy Bear, take a crash course
and get to lovin' us! Additionally, we've got some new
words of encouragement from various famous and non-famous
people on the Awards and Accolades
page.

- COMPANY NEWS: Just
in time for Christmas comes the official Lazy
Bear Productions
2003 X-mas Ornament! It's one of those classy '70s-style
ones, perfect for your artificial tree. We were going
to make a Chanukah ornament, but where would you hang
it? Order yours soon, as it's only available for a limited
time. Also new to the store is a jumbo-sized Lazy
Bear Mug with a slew of catchy warnings on the side.
Burn yourself on it today! To make way for the winter
season, our "Logan is NOT Gay!" tank top has
morphed into a girly raglan shirt available here.
Our "Lazy Bear Athletics" tank has become a
sweatshirt available here.
And our "This Shirt Sucks" sweatshirt is now,
for no good reason, a
tee shirt. Same great slogans, brand new style, half
the calories.
WEBSITE
NEWS: We've done a slight
redesign on our Radio Hour
page, and added three new clips from the shows. The weekly
episode is on indefinite hiatus right now, but that's
no reason you can't kick back and enjoy these highlights.
We've also got two new Lazytorials.
Ryan uncovers the secrets of Marlon
Brando's self-written funeral script and Logan gives
10 very
compelling reasons why he shouldn't be allowed to
date your daughter. If that wasn't enough free entertainment,
we're now proud to offer you an ever-growing list of free
band names. Why take the potentially embarrassing
gamble of just misspelling something, when you can take
your pick from our public domain list? New names will
be added constantly so keep checking back. But that's
not all! We've also become part of the prestigious Logan
Webring. It must be seen to be believed. Learn more
in the Links section. Finally,
we've updated our page on Holy
Cow?!, our first film.

COMPANY NEWS:
Everybody get naked! It's time for a whole new wardrobe
from the Lazy
Bear
Online Store! In addition to
our already impressive array of merchandise, we've now
added a women's version of our Lazy Bear logo shirt, a
"Logan is Not Gay" women's tank top, a rugged
Lazy Bear Athletics gym shirt, a Dr. Logan spaghetti tank
top, a supremely girly "Wanda" camisole, an
even girlier thong with the entire infamous Lyle Bunco
quote from Dr. Logan's
Day Out, and for the li'l one, an I "HEART"
Lazy Bear tee. But that's not all! Also new are the Mike
the Action Figure bib, the classic Lazy Bear head mug,
the Lazy Bear flying disc-shaped projectile (it's a Frisbee!
Shhh!), the THIS SPACE FOR RENT bumper sticker, and a
couple of stickers of our fine founders Logan and Ryan
that look like they came straight out of a vending machine.
Look for more new merchandise to come, but for now, get
your online ass over to the Lazy
Bear
Online Store and buy something! What, do you think
comedy's free?

WEBSITE
NEWS: For now, you're on
the honor system. We trust you'll go buy some of our hip
new merchandise, and in return, we provide you with three,
count 'em three new Lazytorials.
In our first ever Lazytorial not penned by Ryan or Logan,
we present an old article written about us by Tennessean
journalist Tom McCartney. This was done right around the
time we were just starting to hit it big (whatever happened
to that?), so it's real vintage behind
the scenes stuff. Enjoy. In Logan's piece, we journey
Dante-style to the deepest circles of Comedic
Hell, meeting Mr. T, Chevy Chase and yes, the definitive
hellspawn himself, Adam Sandler along the way. Finally,
Ryan explains why superhero-themed movies won't last long
in his inside look at some of the dumbest
projects on Hollywood's greenlighted list. Truly,
a wealth of hilarity.

- COMPANY NEWS:
Our company founders are proud to announce the winner
of the first ever Lazy Bear Productions
online contest. From now on, Woody
Allen's Spring 2002 Project will go by the name suggested
by Stephanie Walker, Dr. Love
Strikes Out. Ms. Walker will walk away with her choice
of Lazy
Bear merchandise. Congratulations to Stephanie. If
you'd like to learn more about her, listen
to our interview with her from a few months ago on
the Radio Hour. Make sure to leave your compliments, complaints,
and congrats on the Web
Board. And if you find any links referring to the
film by its old name, let
us know.
WEBSITE
NEWS: The info page for
Woody Allen's Spring
2002 Project has now become the info page for Dr.
Love Strikes Out. See above for details. There's a
slightly altered poster now, but the old one is still
available for you completists in the Image
Gallery. And if you're curious as to the other entries
into our contest to rename the film, check the alternate
titles section of the
page.
In addition to that action, we've
got a few words of reserved praise for Cost
of Living from noneother than Dr. Roger Hall, Chair
of Playwriting at The University of Kentucky. We've had
this review since winning informal first runner-up at
the Chattanooga Theatre Center's 2002 Festival of New
Plays. Sure, we could have wimped out and only posted
the good bits. But, frankly, we respect you too much for
that. Plus, we'd rather not be sued. Head over to the
Awards and Accolades page and
see for yourself. And since
we seem
to be
linking every
page on
the site
today,
here are
a few
more.

- COMPANY NEWS: Nothing
official yet, but our benevolent founders are considering
running the first ever Lazy Bear Productions
online contest. The prize may be some swank LB merchandise,
which, needless to say, would rock. So check back here
and on the Web
Board for the latest updates. And for those of you
who missed it earlier in the week, there's the old school
animated Lazy Bear head logo vigilantly watching over
us all.

WEBSITE
NEWS: Two brand new Lazytorials
are up. Logan reveals a little history in his backstage
look at the genesis of Blender Agenda and his
now infamous Dr. Love character. Ryan opts to just talk
about Ghostbusters and Mighty Mouse. And don't forget
the new Cost of Living
trivia. Just scroll down to the trivia section of its
page.

NEWS: Check below for some website
news. Nothing new to report as far as the company goes,
but check back here and on the Web
Board for the latest updates. On a side note, though,
anyone remember this nifty yawning Lazy Bear head logo?
It got axed during the big site redesign (which, technically,
is still in progress) and hasn't been seen since. Maybe
we'll try to work it back in somewhere.
WEBSITE
NEWS: Some new and tantalizing
trivia about Lazy Bear Productions' first play, Cost
of Living, is now up. Just scroll down to the trivia
